VIVA, the Kingdom’s most innovative telecom provider, hosted for the second consecutive year, its Annual Sales & Customer Care Day. The two-day forum held at the Ritz-Carlton saw the attendance of over 600 staff from VIVA’s call centre partner, Silah, and its distribution & retail services partner, SALECO, along with VIVA’s Team.
The event was held in appreciation of the teams’ contribution towards VIVA’s success and leadership and presented an opportunity for the attendees to share new ideas and feedback.
