Bahrain Family Leisure Company swung back into profitability in 2012 and reported net profit of BD401575 against loss of BD52776 in 2011.
This was disclosed by the Chairman of the board of the directors of BFLC Abdul Latif Khalid Al Aujan during the annual general meeting which was attended by 68 per cent of the total shareholding. The AGM also approve the financial statement for 2012 unanimously.
Christophe Marziale, Director, BLFC on the sidelines of the AGM said that year 2012 was good as compared to the 2011 and the business prospects in 2013 are bright.
“We are expecting the year 2013 a good year as the start of the year was very good and hope this trend will continue towards the end of the year. We are also opening the Restaurant which had to be closed due to the construction work on the highway adjacent to the Bahrain Financial Harbour. We will renovate this outlet and make an exclusive for the Arabian cuisine,” he told the 24X7 News on the sidelines of the AGM.
