Al Baraka Islamic Bank (ABIB) has won the best leading bank in the Arab world in the field of “Wise Leadership” for the year 2013 Award by the Arab Organization for Social Responsibility in collaboration with the Tatweej Academy for Excellence Awards in the Arab region.
The Board Member and the CEO of Al Baraka Islamic Bank Mohamed Isa Al Mutaweh received the Purple Ribbon adorned by the Golden Order of Merit with a certificate of privilege in the field of “Wise Leadership” in the Arab world in the great coronation ceremony organized under the auspices of His Excellency Adnan Ahmed Yousif, the Chairman of Union of Arab Banks and attendance of a number of Arab ministers and ambassadors, and senior officials of banks, financial institutions, companies and invitees.
The aim of this event, which is organized at its third session, is to highlight the role of personalities and leaders in the business and financial world and Arab banks contributed to the initiatives and outstanding achievements in the areas of their businesses.
