Microsoft Bahrain announced its participation in the Bahrain International eGovernment Forum 2013 as a Diamond Sponsor. Held Under the patronage of Shaikh Mohamed Bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, the event will bring together the IT and Business communities providing Microsoft a platform to demonstrate innovative technology solutions and scenarios, highlighting the increasingly important role that technology plays in shaping people’s lives.
Microsoft’s presence at the Bahrain IT Expo 2013 will get the visitors closer to the latest innovations across the Windows platform and the Cloud computing portfolio. The global technology giant will provide visitors to its stall access to the pioneering next-generation IT solutions and will discuss with them ways and means to help them improve their businesses’ productivity and Return on Investment (ROI) using technology. Microsoft is giving a special focus to cloud computing and will showcase its latest innovations and the cloud capabilities that Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8 present to businesses and consumers. A number of Microsoft local and regional partners will be present to feature their innovations developed on Microsoft platforms such as Windows 8, Windows Phone, Office 365, Lync, among others.
