Industry and Commerce Minister, Dr Hassan A Fakhro, confirmed government and Ministry support for all initiatives, steps and events carried out by national companies and investors that aimed to revitalize commercial sector and provide more diverse services to customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which reflects economic growth and enhance Kingdom commercial reputation.
This came during the opening of Bahrain Retail Exhibition Under the auspices of Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Fakhro. The exhibition which was held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre is organized by AMG Group. There was at reception AMG CEO Abdulhameed Al Osfour and a number of official figures and businessmen.
The Minister toured the exhibition and listens to a detailed explanation about the nature of the exhibition and desired objectives, as the Minister praised the outstanding level of the exhibition, stressing the need to continue such events that contribute to recover the economy in general.
The exhibition which will continue over four days aims to support the national economy which will benefit the retail sector and contributes to revitalize market commercial movement and contributes to enhance competitiveness by providing the best prices and simulating shops to provide the best goods and various commodities for consumers with discounts up to 90%.
AMG CEO Abdulhameed Al Osfour said that the idea of organizing this exhibition came to support Bahraini commercial institutions only and give the opportunity to display and clearance diverse goods. “This will contribute to increase sales proportion.”
He added that providing a specialized workshop for institutions’ staff will reflect their career performance for the better.
“AMG Group is also keen to attract citizens and residents and Saudi Arabia citizens to attend the exhibition through integrated media plan, while providing excellent family shopping atmosphere and great offers,” he said.
“The exhibition is under the slogan of together to support local commerce and are always seeking to repeat this kind of exhibition that contributes to increase commercial activity in the Kingdom.”
