The InterAction Council (IAC) praised Bahrain’s women’s empowerment and pointed to the women members of parliament, ministers and other high level government officials as a step in the right direction.
“This is a very encouraging sign that women are working side by side their male colleagues in Bahrain,” IAC said.
The availability of high grade drinking water, subsidized by the government was a positive indicator to the well meaning of the government.
James Fitz-Allen Mitchell said that it was important to ensure that the source of water is safeguarded from nuclear pollution.
“The source of water if polluted by nuclear waste can have hazardous effect on the economy and environment of the country. Thus it is important for all nuclear-states of the Middle East to be free of nuclear weapons and plans,” he added.
