The arrests of several individuals suspected of violent criminal activity, arson attacks, attempted murders, the exposure of the February 14 terrorist organization and the arrests of a number of those organization’s key players have confirmed the continuous foreign interference in the internal affairs of Bahrain, according to reports.
“As part of ongoing efforts to maintain peace and security, the police conducted an extensive investigation and have arrested a number of suspects in a string of recent violent crimes. As part of those efforts, the February14 Movement’s terrorist activities have been identified which led to the arrest of several key actors,” Police Media Centre in a statement said.
The case of the death of Bahraini Ahmed Al Dhifairi on 16 April 2012 in which a homemade bomb placed by terrorists inside burning tires at roundabout 18 in Hamad Town exploded. The case resulted in the death of Al Dhifairi. The following people were arrested Sayed Dhaiya Mohammed Ali, 18; Ali Hussain Abdulradha, 18; Sulaiman Ali Habib, 18 and Abdullah Hussain Al Ajooz, 18.
The case of the Manama bombings on 5 November 2012, in which homemade explosives planted in various locations caused the death of two Asians and injured several others. The following people were arrested Faisal Mansoor Eid, 28; Ahmed Abdullah Ibrahim, 25 and Ali Abdulhussain Ali, 25.
In the case of the Hyundai warehouse arson in Sitra, Safala on 7 November 2012 and the search and investigation led to the identification and arrest of a number of suspects including Talib Ali Mohammed, 37; Saeed Ali Hassan, 33; Faisal Mansoor Eid, 28; Hameed Abas Abdulwahab, 26; Ibrahim Abdullah Al Sharaqi, 25 and Ali Abdulhussain Ali, 25.
Uncovering the terror cell known as “Al Imam Army” on January 19 2013 in which some of its members confessed and were specialized in weapons use and explosives training with the goal of disrupting public security and the safety of the nation. The following people were arrested Sayed Faisal Mansoor Jamil, 36; Mazin Mansoor Ahmed, 36; Ali Riyadh Hameed, 35; Haitham Mohammed Ibrahim Al Hadad, 35; Sayed Saeed Ali Nasser Alawi, 33; Sayed Mahmood Mahdi Mohsan, 32; Ali Yousif Al Samaheeji, 28 and Ali Jaffar Ali Al Haiki, 27.
The bombing of a string of banks’ ATM machines in Bahrain in February 2013 led to the arrest of the following Ahmed Najaf Mohammed, 24 and Ali Najaf Mohammed, 20.
The case of terrorists burning a car on Shaikh Hamad road at roundabout 18 in Hamad Town on 14 February 2013, in which an investigation led to the identification and arrest of the following MurtadhaAbas Abdulhadi, 19; Hassan Mahdi Abas, 19; Ali Hussain Abdulradha, 18; Sayed Dhaiya Mohammed Alawi A Hulaibi, 18 and Abdullah Hussain Ali, 18.
The case of an explosion in Al Dair on 17 March 2013 due to a homemade bomb that caused permanent disability to the hand of an Asian led to the arrest of Mohammed Ali Abdullah, 26 and Hassan Ali Hassan, 25.
As part of the escalation of violence by terrorists in the lead-up to the Bahrain Grand Prix, a suspicious object was left by a group in front of a burning scrap car on Al Zalaq road on 28 March 2013. They also burned a car near the traffic signal leading to the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) on April 1. The following people were arrested Hassan Mohammed Hassan Al Asfoor, 20; Hussain Mahdi Ali Jassim, 19; Hussain Abdulamir, Habib, 18 and Sulaiman Habib Ali Ismaeel, 18.
The case of the explosion of a car near the Bahrain Financial Harbour using a homemade bomb on 14 April 2013 led to the arrest of the following Ridha Abdullah Al Ghasra, 25; Hussain Mahdi Ali, 19 and Sulaiman Habib Ali, 18.
The case of a plan to detonate a homemade bomb during the Bahrain Grand Prix on April 20, led to the arrest of the following Rihana Al Sayed Abdullah Salman, 38; Nafeesa Mohsen Al Asfoor, 31 and Abas Ibrahim Ahmed Al Asfoor, 23.
The case of a terrorist group planning to carry out attacks on various locations, including the US Service Center in Juffair led to the identification and arrest of Sadiq Ali Salman, 43; Muneer Habib Saeed, 31; Mohammed Jaffar Nasser, 31 and Ali Hussain Ahmed Al Haji, 30.
As a result of the discovery of a string of crimes committed over the last few months, and after an extensive investigation several members of the February 14 terrorist organization were identified.
A number of the February 14 organization’s main actors who took part in these and other criminal acts have been arrested. The arrestees have confessed to the Public Prosecutor about their involvement in these dangerous terrorist acts.
Violence is the approach of this organization, despite their claims of a commitment to peacefulness. Their crimes have terrorized and spread fear among citizens and residents and range from road blocking and burning tyres, to heavy use of Molotov cocktails and the construction and use of weapons and explosives.
The February 14 organization was created as a result of the incidents that took place in Bahrain in February 2011. The organization is headed by leaders from inside and outside Bahrain. The main leader is Hadi Al Madrasi, one of the founders of the Shirazi coup d’état movement in Bahrain. Al Madrasi provided divisive sectarian support to the organization as is consistent with the Shirazi movement.
Responsibilities of the local members of the organization include the recruitment of members who coordinate subgroups or plan and execute bombings and the transfer of weapons and media relations, the selection of agents to be sent abroad for training, and the organization of safe houses used for suspects on the run in Bahrain.
The arrest of the organization’s leaders inside Bahrain include Hisham Abduljalil Al Sabagh who was responsible for coordination between the organization’s subgroups and leaders, recruiting members and organizing financial support.
Naji Ali Hassan Fatil who was responsible for the coordination between the main leaders and the subgroups; Hussain Ramadan Mohammed Shaban who was a field leader and was responsible for organizing financial support; Jihad Mohammed Ali who was responsible for media outreach; Faisal Mansoor Eid who was responsible for receiving and storing weapons in Bahrain. He is also charged in the Hyundai warehouse arson case that took place in Sitra, safala on 7 November 2012. Six others are also in custody from this case; Rihana Al Sayed Abdullah is a member of the organization who is also charged with planning to detonate a homemade bomb during the Formula 1 on 20 April 2013. Her two conspirators are also in custody.
Abas Ahmed Abdulhussain Al Ekri who was a field leader in the organization; Talib Ali Mohammed who is charged in the Hyundai warehouse arson case; Mohammed Abdullah Yousif Al Sankis who is a field leader; Isa Mohammed Isa who is also a field leader and Hameed Abas Abdulwahab who is another field leader.
Additional members of the February 14 Movement are wanted for justice. Legal steps have been taken for their arrest. The most wanted individuals are Jaffar Ahmed Nasser Juma who is wanted for his involvement in the Manama blast case. He is still on the run, while other four were arrested in that case. He is also wanted with other four for his involvement in planning and implementing various terror acts, including a plan that targeted the US Services Center in Juffair.
Ahmed Jassim Ali Al Asmakh is wanted in the case of death of Bahraini Ahmed Al Dhifairi. Five other suspects were arrested in this same case. He is also wanted for his involvement in car arson on Al Zalaq road on 28 March 2013 in which three others were arrested.
Sayed Kadhim Al Alawi is wanted for his involvement in the explosion of an ATM machine at the National Bank of Bahrain. He is still on the run.
Hassan Ahmed Radhi Sarhan is wanted in the Hyundai warehouse arson case in Sitra. He is still on the run, while six others were arrested in the case.
Sulaiman Habib Ali is involved in the death of Ahmed Al Dhifairi and burning tyres near the traffic signal leading to the BIC.
Hussain Ali Ahmed Dawood who is a field leader and Yasser Abdullah Khalil who is a field leader
There are other arrestees and wanted. Once legal procedures for the wanted and arrested individuals’ are complete, more information will be released in coordination with the judiciary. Additional details will also be made public regarding the organisations and sources that provide financial support for these criminal acts, both from inside and outside.
A number of leaders of the February 14 organization are based in London. They frequently travel between Iran, Iraq and Lebanon to obtain financial and moral support as well as weapons training.
The responsibilities of the leaders outside Bahrain include coordination of the organization’s subgroups and interaction with leaders in Iran in order to receive direct financial support and field instructions; intensification of field movements and the provision of media support for the organization’s members and supervision of the transferring and storing of weapons into Bahrain and training members in the use of various weapons, gang tactics, real and fake bomb-making, monitoring and recruitment.
The main foreign leaders of the organization include Saeed Abdulnabi Al Shahabi who is responsible for coordination with Iranian leaders; Abdulraoaf Al Shayab who is a spokesperson for the group and also responsible for moving and storing weapons in Bahrain and Qassim Al Hashimi who is responsible for training and arming.
Field leaders outside Bahrain are Hassan Ahmed Salman; and Jaffar Ahmed Salman.
These individuals are among the original founders of the organization and transit between Iraq and Iran to get the required support, directives from supporters and financiers.
People in charge of field movements outside Bahrain include Musa Abdulali and Ali Mushaima. People in charge of foreign training include Mahmood Mushaima; Jaffar Al Alwai; Rashid Al Rashid; Habib Al Jamri; Ghulam Khairallah and Saber Al Salatna.
The information presented shows the active role in incitement and terror acts and the support that is provided by extremist religious and political leaders from outside and inside Bahrain. The bombings that have occurred in Bahrain are similar in type and style to bombings in Iraq.
Evidence and confessions have proven the interference of Hezbollah in Lebanon and extremists in Iraq in the internal security affairs of Bahrain.
