The RUW graduation ceremony was hosted this evening at the Gulf International Convention and Exhibition and Exhibition. Dr Shaikha Mariam bint Hassan Al-Khalifa honoured 139 BA graduates – 79 of whom graduated from the College of Business and Financial Sciences, 18 from the College of Information Technology and 40 from the College of Art and Design.
The deputy patron hailed young Bahraini women for their dedication in their academic studies to arm themselves will all the skills to compete in the labour market.
She described life-learning as a key pillar of the national strategy to empower Bahraini women and promote her productivity and professional competence.
She commended the Royal University for Women (RUW) for providing outstanding law, art and design business and financial services academic programmes, to postgraduate studies. She hailed the university as an outstanding milestone, congratulating students on their excellent academic achievements.
