The Minister of Labor, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, emphasized the keenness of the three sides of production in the Kingdom of Bahrain on participating in the ILO Conference, to get acquainted with, and benefit from, remarkably successful experiences of ILO-members , in terms of developing labor legislations, human resources and labor market regulation.
The Minister said that this participation is an opportunity to inform the ILO Conference participants about Bahrain’s advanced accomplishments, updating of labor regulations and ensured maximum protection to workers, developing of labor relations, boosting trust between employers and workers and continual efforts in implementing vital initiatives to maintain sustainable development of human resources, training, creating job opportunities, workers’ performance, productivity, labor associations and dialogue amongst social partners in harmony with the lofty directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
This came in the speech delivered by the Minister of Labor who led the Kingdom of Bahrain’s delegation during yesterday’s session allocated for discussion of the ILO General Director’s report themed (Towards the ILO’s Centenary: Facts, Updates and Trilateral Obligations)
