The Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) has sponsored the Bahrain Health and Safety Society by supporting its various activities and programmes. Bapco in a statement said that the support was a part of its continuing efforts towards fostering the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) towards the Bahraini community.
Bapco’s Deputy Chief Executive, Chairman of Environment, Health & Safety EHS Committee Ebrahim Talib received the Society Deputy, Alawi Shubar Isa at Bapco’s Public Relations Department’s Conference Room in Awali. During the meeting, Talib presented the sponsorship and hailed the leading services of the Society in promoting occupational health and safety, wishing the society continued success and progress in serving the community.
Isa thanked Bapco for its support, lauding its tangible achievements in boosting the social welfare of Bahrain. Also present at the meeting was Bapco’s Public Relations Manager, Naji Ahmed.
Ebrahim Talib expressed Bapco’s pride in its sponsorship of the activities of the Bahrain Health & Safety Society, and said it is in line with Bapco’s ongoing efforts to support the various institutions of the Kingdom, and enhance Bapco’s corporate social responsibility CSR towards the welfare of the Bahraini society.
