Cluttons confirmed that it has secured Durrat Al Bahrain as new tenants within Al Nakheel Tower, located in the Seef district, Bahrain.
Durrat Al Bahrain’s office will space two of the tower’s ten commercial floors, providing over 1,000 square meters of office space for the island development project. Al Nakheel Tower currently accommodates a number of other prestigious companies including Qatar Airways, Grant Thornton, Alroaya Group and Majali Enterprises.
The building is located in the Seef district and was handed over in August 2012, comprising some 5,600 square meters of commercial space, with well thought out parking allocation and floor plates suitable to meet market requirements. With the help of Cluttons Bahrain, the building is quickly establishing itself in the market.
“We are delighted to have secured Durrat Al Bahrain as tenants for this building. Al Nakheel Tower has established itself in the market as a highly desirable office building with flexible floor plates and a quality finish. Durrat Al Bahrain’s presence in the market underlines the calibre of existing tenants,” Harry Goodson-Wickes, Head of Country for Cluttons in Bahrain, who manages the property, said.
