HRH the Crown Prince of the Malaysian State of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin with Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs, Shaikh Khalid Bin Ali Al-Khalifa, in his second day of the work visit to Kingdom of Bahrain.
During their meeting, both sides discussed areas of coordination and cooperation between the two friendly countries, highlighting the strong relations that gather them, particularly exchanging expertise, thoughts, experiences and training in the legislative and endowment institutions, as well as the academic areas in this regard, in specializations like law, and Islamic finance.
HRH Prince Tuanku and Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs highlighted their keenness to reinforce cooperation in a way to preserve the Islamic identity that gathers the two countries and shows tolerance with modernity in a practical way that copes with the changes reflecting the spirit of science in all areas related to developing societies.
Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs lauded the efforts of HRH Prince Tuanku in consolidating the role of science, which was one of the pillars of the renaissance witnessed in Malaysia, as well as establishing the values of moderation in this diverse country, in accordance with the principles of the tolerant Islamic religion that elevate such values. He also expressed the readiness to strengthen the cooperation frameworks between the ministry and the relevant institutions at the Malaysian state of Perlis.
