An Industry veteran, Al Issa brings 37 years of experience within the local market, having held senior positions in Marketing, Business Development, and Human Resources at leading government and private organisations including the Ministry of Oil, the Kuwait Insulating Material Manufacturing Co., and the Amiri Diwan Social development Office. Al Issa has had a previous stint with the ITS Group, having served as Business Relation & Administration Manager and Business Development Consultant from 2000 to 2006, and now rejoins his former company from National Industries, where he held the position of Marketing & Human Resources Manager.
In his role as Executive Director of Client Solutions, Al Issa will be responsible for developing new business and increasing ITS sales revenue in the Kuwaiti market. He will also be responsible for implementing strategic business plans through establishment of long-term relationships with new and existing clients in Kuwait and other GCC countries, as well as for identifying, analysing and bringing to market new solutions and products.
