Minister of State for Information Affairs Samira Ibrahim bin Rajab delivered a lecture at the Arabian Gulf University as part of the Fifth Summer Camp.
The camp is being held at the Royal Academy for Police in cooperation with the Interior Ministry and the Labour Fund – Tamkeen.
Addressing the event, she thanked the Ministry of Interior for embracing students during summer holidays and motivating them to innovate and explore their untapped creative skills.
She stressed the importance of media transparency, professionalism, accuracy and objectivity to promote awareness, disseminate culture and protect social values.
She pointed out the crucial role of the media in fostering the spirit of belonging to the nation, protecting national fundamentals and anchoring citizenship.
