As part of Bapco’s ongoing efforts aimed at enhancing the overall performance of employees in serving the goals of the company, General Manager, Human Resources and Administration, Ghassan Al Muhanna met with the company’s panel of Performance Management Process PMP trainers.
Al-Muhanna discussed the progress of PMP system with the trainers, and gave his insight and advice on the programme. He further stressed on the importance of the programme and its role in Bapco. Al Muhanna thanked the trainers for their continuous, dedicated efforts and valued support towards implementing the PMP programme in Bapco.
The PMP has been in operation since the beginning of 2013, with all Bapco employees including new recruits attending a training session and updating their periodic progress. The PMP is an effective management tool which strives to help employees align their goals with the overall vision and goals of the company. The process strives to shape as well as collectively influence the annual and long term output of the organization, and has been adopted for numerous decades in the past by successful businesses around the world.
