His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister, on Sunday, at Gudaibiya Palace, who received a number of Bahrain’s senior officials, said the situation in Syria demands a greater role from the Aran League.
HRH Premier stressed the entities representing the Arab voice should have a more active role, especially the current developments require the Arab League to have a substantial presence in the Arab scene, and the importance of activating the joint Arab action in light of the challenges facing the Arab region, and the adoption of mechanisms appropriate to the nature of the challenges through the activation of Arab solidarity and strengthening stand unity.
HRH Premier pointed out the government’s keenness to activate the national economy and its partnership with the private sector and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry that should be always taking part in economic and trade affairs.
He affirmed the economic achievements and developmental gains have not been easy to accomplish and all attempts target damaging these achievements will be addressed.
HRH Prime Minister emphasized the Kingdom of Bahrain has been undergoing a construction and development stage, and will move forward towards further development and prosperity, and commended the Bahraini’s efforts in serving the development process and defending the achievements alongside with the government.
