Bahrain’s public sector is likely to have a weeklong holiday during the Eid Al-Adha starting from the Day of Arafat on October 14th. However, the official Eid holiday notification will be issued by the Government of Bahrain later this week.
Earlier on Saturday the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced that the Eid Al-Adha will fall on October 15.
In a statement posted on Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Supreme Court said that the advent of the month of Dhul-Hijjah would be tomorrow (Sunday). The Day of Arafat will fall on Monday, corresponding to October 14.
In this case there may be a weeklong holidays in Bahrain if the lie off of weekend are compensated as a standard procedure.
