Under the patronage of Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Fakhro, “Service, Leadership & Creativity” “Disney Style” forum was held yesterday morning and was presented by international Expert in services, leadership and creativity Dr. Doug Lipp. The forum was organized by Leaders Institute for Training and Development.
Dr. Fakhro commended trends and programs carried out by national institutions that are leading in various fields, noting in this context to the plans and strategies adopted by Leaders Institute for Training and Development that focus on human investment as an important investment and pillar of overall economic development.
He stressed also on the importance of establishing such events that attract international experts and view successful experiences, praising at the same time the worldwide reputation of Dr. Doug Lipp and the need to benefit from his experiences in the field of consulting, customer service and instilling positive motivation of the staff in an innovative manner aided by “Disney Style” as one of the most famous international success stories.
Dr. Fakhro also noted to the big aspirations of Economic Vision 2030 that seek to create better life for all Bahrainis and improve individual efficiency to contribute to raise work productivity at work whether in the private or public sector.
It should be noted that the visit of Dr. Doug Lipp is the first to the Kingdom of Bahrain and has achieved a wide reputation in customer service, leadership and global competitiveness. Dr. Doug trained thousands of workers to instill positive motivation by using “Disney Style” as key reference to deliver leadership and creativity concepts. The forum is expected to attract 500 participants from the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC.
This event comes within what region constitute of importance and attention for global training companies because of the continuous growth of the GCC market, which is estimated approximately $1.7 trillion and because of Gulf’s interest to invest in the training and development field.
From his part, CEO of Leaders Institute for Training and Development Ghalib Al Oraibi said that the human element is the basic foundation in all institutions, noting that the world is touching orientation for regional countries to training and monitoring big budget for this sector to refine the employees experiences in both public and private sector.
