Bahrain's real estate sales up 30% to BD861.9m

The overall volume of real estate trading In Bahrain has grown by 30% in 2013 to top BD861.9 million, up by around BD200 million, as compared with the end of year figures for 2012.

The latest figures were released by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SRLB) showing the real estate sector growing by 6% in the last quarter of 2013, as compared with the 4th quarterly results for last year.
