Batelco, Bahrain’s leading communications services provider, announced the opening of its state-of-the-art new Call Centre which is located at Batelco Headquarters in Hamala.
The Centre was officially opened by Batelco Chairman Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and Deputy Chairman Murad Al Murad in the presence of other Board Directors, Bahrain CEO Rashid Abdulla and executive management and Call Centre staff.
The Chairman and attendees toured the new Call Centre and viewed Batelco’s new customised call centre solution which has been designed and developed to enhance the experience for customers dealing with the Centre. The Centre, which is the largest in Bahrain, is operational 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Batelco Bahrain CEO Rashid Abdulla explained that Batelco provides fully integrated services for its consumer and business customers to meet all their communications’ needs in addition to providing invaluable support via its Call Centre.
“By providing round the clock support from our Call Centre, we can resolve our customers’ telecommunications problems quicky and efficiently.”
