A presentation ceremony was held at the office of Bapco’s Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive, Adel Khalil Al Moayyed, to present five Bapco employees with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their efforts exerted towards the recently conducted Chevron Future Leaders Track Training (FLTT) programme for Bapco employees.
The presentation was done by Almoayyed in the presence of Manager Special Assignment Bader Al-Dosseri.
The course, which has gained acclaim over the many years of its existence, aimed at developing future leaders and managers in the company, by sharing tools and knowledge that would strengthen attendees’ hard and soft skills.
The Chevron course aims to develop future managers in Bapco through educating them of the latest experiences of Chevron in the refinement of individual and collective skills. The course covers a number of vital areas in oil and gas industry particularly crude oil refining and operational excellence, maintenance reliability, strategic planning, financial analysis, decision making, Chevron Project Development and Execution Process (CPDEP), leadership skills. The Chevron FLTT programme was conducted over the months of September and October 2013, for 4 batches of 15 Bapco employees each.
