His Royal Highness, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister attended an event marking the 40th anniversary of the Al Rashed Group and Landmark Group at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa.
The event was attended by His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa Deputy Prime Minister, His Excellency Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh Shura Council Chairman, Al Rashed Group CEO Shaikha Hind Bint Salman Al Khalifa, group director general Shaikh Hassan bin Rashed Al Khalifa, Guest of Honour Landmark Group chairman Micky Jagtiani and other senior officials and guests.
His Royal Highness congratulated the two groups on the continued success and growth of their partnership over the span of four decades, noting the significance of Landmark Group with its distinguished regional business activity.
His Royal Highness said the development of the projects flourished as a result of a good understanding of the market and catering to the variety of its requirements in addition to a good distribution of their outlets.
His Royal Highness said this was an evening to also thank a special man, Jagtiani, adding he was personally that he launched his business from here.
His Royal Highness said his impressive business model was of success, acumen, and productivity that we seek to empower in our youth.
His Royal Highness noted that the fact that Landmark group was today the 50th fastest growing company in the world shows that there is no limit to ambition.
Al Rashed Group CEO Shaikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa welcomed His Royal Highness Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister for attending the event to join this celebration that looks back at what has been achieved throughout the journey of outstanding partnership with Landmark Group.
She said this was a special occasion celebrating phases of growth with strength and stability. She added that the future in Bahrain is promising for new investments in a variety of sectors with great opportunities.
Also speaking at the event, Guest of Honour Micky Jagtiani spoke on how Bahrain held a special value for him, not only for the business activity but also for the relationships and friendships that he cherishes here.
