With an overwhelming response from the potential buyers since the launch of the newly built Fayrooz show villas a week ago at Durrat Al Bahrain, the sale of the exclusively designed residential units will kick start in two weeks.
Briefing the media the CEO of Durrat Al Bahrain Jassim Al Jowder said that the phase-III of 166 villas would tentatively cost around BD50 million and would be ready by the third quarter of 2016.
“We have invested around $1 billion in the project and this project has been on the right track since the launch of the Durrat Al Bahrain project in the Kingdom of Bahrain,” he said.
“There have been 600 visitors since the opening of the show villas and about 70% of those visitors seem serious buyers. The encouraging sign is that around 80 per cent are Bahrainis to want to get dream villas in addition to GCC buyers and some Western clients,” Yasser Al Hammadi, Director Marketing and Sales told the reporters.
“We have had learnt from the feedback of the residents and in the phase three we have taken care of all areas of concerns making this project comprising of a well thought of living units,” Yasser added.
Talking about transparency in booking Yasser said that once the sales kick start, the each potential buyer will get a ticket number in the queue and deposit BD120000 as first installment. “Transparency in sales has been taken care of by making sure that all clients would be satisfied with the entire process,” he said.
Durrat Al Bahrain, named after the “most perfect pearl” in the Arabian Gulf, is a US$6 billion joint development owned by the Government of Bahrain and Kuwait Finance House (Bahrain).
