“The board is grateful for his innumerable contributions to the Bourse and his distinguished tenure as CEO over the last decade.”
“I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to the Chairman and all Board members for their trust and continuous support for Bourse’s executive management, and also to all who contributed in the success of Bourse including Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of Bahrain, broker members and listed companies. I extend my appreciation to all of the employees of the Bourse which shall always be the home in which I feel proud to be from,” Fouad Rashid, the Chief Executive Officer, said.
“I have spent 33 years in Capital Markets, in which I have spent almost 11 years as CEO of the Bourse, and I have worked with my team who were one the most professional and hardworking teams working as one family. It is time to conclude this important chapter of my life where the Bourse became part of me; therefore, it was a difficult decision to make.
