MANAMA: The former Federal Minister and sitting member of the National Assembly of Pakistan Shaikh Rashid Ahmed paid tribute to the leadership and people of Bahrain for taking care of the expatriates.
Shaikh Rashid, who was a chief guest during a luncheon hosted by Sajid Sheikh for Pakistani business community, said the well established and settled Pakistanis in Bahrain speaks volume of Bahrain’s success in embracing the people of different origins.
“The prosperity and satisfaction among the Pakistanis naturalised Bahrainis is a proof of the leadership’s keen interest to provide equal opportunities to all without any discrimination,” Shaikh Rashid added.
He urged the Pakistani community living in Bahrain to make all possible efforts in rebuilding, reshaping and developing the Kingdom’s economy.
