MANAMA: The Deputy Chief of Public Security stated that some villages in the Kingdom since last night came under terror attacks by saboteurs, scaring and threatening the lives of citizens and residents.
Terrorist assaults included Molotov bomb-throwing onto civilian motorcars, road-blocking by means of iron rods, pouring oil, and setting garbage containers afire as well as damaging several public facilities and private properties in a bid by saboteurs to prevent citizens and residents from reaching their workplaces or going about their daily chores.
The Deputy Chief of Public Security added that the police force tackled gangs of saboteurs, opening the streets and restoring the situation back to normal in accordance with legal procedures prescribed in such cases.
