MANAMA: The Ministry of Interior tweeted that acts of sabotage took place on Thursday in some villages, included tyres incineration, road-blocking, breaching of public security, and attempts at preventing people from going to work or about their daily errands.
The Ministry said that law enforcement forces emanating from their legal and security duty tackled gangs of saboteurs and was able to re-open the roads after removing road-blocks and taking the prescribed procedures.
The Ministry pointed out those policemen also tackled a gang of terrorists who launched Molotov cocktail bombs onto a school bus. The police force was able to ensure the safety of students on board who had to be evacuated from the bus before fire erupted in the bus.
