ISLAMABAD: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa left on Thursday following an official state visit to Pakistan, at the invitation of Pakistani Prime Minister Mohammed Nawaz Sharif.
During the visit, HM the King met with Pakistan’s President Mamnoon Hussain, and held talks with Prime Minister Sharif and senior officials from the Pakistani government on the outstanding bilateral relations, as well as the latest regional and global developments.
HM the King was seen off at the Nur Khan Airbase by the Pakistani Prime Minister Mohammed Nawaz Sharif, ministers, senior commanders of the Pakistani Army and staff of the Bahraini Embassy here.
HM King Hamad was saluted by a guard of honour.
