ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatisation, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, asserted his country’s willingness to provide all facilitation for Bahraini investors in Pakistan, in line with the bilateral agreements signed between the two countries, on the sidelines of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’a visit to Pakistan.
Pakistani Finance Minister added that there are many investment projects available in Pakistani cities in industrial, trade and agricultural fields, which contribute to the achievement of food security by investing abroad.
He hailed HM the King’s keenness to consolidate and develop the longstanding bilateral relations and called for supporting banking cooperation between the two countries to promote economic cooperation and investment projects of both sides, praising Bahrain’s experience in the Islamic banking field.
He underscored his country’s desire to broaden trade exchange with Bahrain to promote common interests and meet the aspirations of the two peoples.
