MANAMA: Silah Gulf, a multi-award winning business process outsourcer (BPO) and customer experience provider serving the GCC region, is rapidly emerging regional player, according to a senior official at the Company.

“Together with our Leadership, board members and business partners support, Silah has set the fundamental, mandate and plan to turn our common vision in becoming a regional leader in our industry over the next years into reality,” he added, during a leadership team offsite meeting.
Senior members of Silah’s management team gathered to review the 2013 positive results and discussed initiatives that will unify a strategic vision for Silah’s way forward for 2014 and beyond, all attendees had the opportunities to merge all innovative ideas to create synergy between various departments to ensure overall success and alignment to Silah’s common vision to become a leading and premium GCC leader in the customer experience industry.
“We had a fairly successful year in 2013, extending our leadership team, growing our business proposition and client base, but we have even larger and ambitious plans for 2014 and beyond.”
“In order to meet our vision and objectives we need to stand firm in our values and belief in striving forward to excellence and adding value to our customers in Bahrain and the GCC and our key assets – our people,” he added.
