MANAMA: His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, stressed the ministries and government agencies enjoy the authority required to ensure meeting citizens’ problems, particularly service ones, and excuses for neglecting the implementation of the government’s policy in serving the citizens and disavowing responsibilities are unacceptable under any justification.
This came as HRH prime Minister received here President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa, House of Representatives’ Speaker Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani, Shura Council’s President, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Advisor Salim Al-Kuwari, and a number of members of Representatives and Shura Councils.
HRH Premier underlined the importance of developing an active coordination between the constitutional powers, including legislative, executive and judicial, to bring about greater achievements that will be positively reflected on the country and citizens, commending the efforts of the legislative and judiciary powers in the implementation of their responsibilities.
HRH Premier reviewed the regional and international development and attached significance to adopting initiatives aim to strengthen Arab harmony in light of the regional developments, affirming time has come to start the operational phases of moving from the Gulf cooperation stage to Gulf union.
