AMMAN: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Chairman of Civil Service Bureau (CSB) Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed and the President of the Jordanian Civil Service Bureau Dr. Khalaf Al-Humaysat in the field of civil service and human resources, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Jordan Dr. Abdullah Al-Nsour.
The Prime Minister welcomed CSB’s Chairman and the accompanying delegation, praising the Bahraini- Jordanian advanced relations at all levels and affirming the deep-rooted relations between the two brotherly countries.
The Prime Minister was informed about the fruitful results of the bilateral talks, which will contribute to the development of relations between the two brotherly countries in the field of civil service and the on-going exerted efforts to improve this sector through constant exchange of expertise in the field of human resources.
He hailed the outstanding bilateral relations, affirming King Abdullah II’s directives towards more openness and cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain, highlighting the numerous similarities between Bahrain and Jordan as well as the special and fraternal ties between the two leaderships and people.
CSB’s Chairman conveyed the Bahraini leadership’s greetings to the Jordanian leadership.
Al Zayed said that the agreement with the Jordanian Civil Service Bureau is divided into several areas, including rehabilitation and training of personnel, building administrative capacity through training programmes, workshops, seminars and conferences, and the exchange of expertise and visits according to the bilateral needs in organisation and administrative management.
Al Zayed added that the agreement will have work programme that will be implemented through joint technical committees to apply the terms of the agreement according to a specific timeline, stressing that this agreement will be beneficial to the two countries.
