LONDON: Bahrain-based Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) has won the 2014 International Safety Awards, according to the British Safety Council.
The British Safety Council has announced the names of the International Safety Award winning organisations shortlisted for the newly instituted sector awards.
The winners of 12 sector awards will be announced by Lynda Armstrong OBE, Chair of Trustees and Alex Botha, Chief Executive of the British Safety Council, at the International Safety Awards Gala Dinner taking place at the Grosvenor House in London on Friday 25 April 2014.
“This year 521 organisations have won our long standing prestigious International Safety Award. Of these winning organisations 33 have been shortlisted by our panel of adjudicators as deserving candidates for our new sector awards,” the Council in a statement said.
