ISLAMABAD: The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) convened the first Ombudsman Conference for its member states in the Pakistani capital Islamabad.
Bahrain Ombudsman Secretary-General Nawaf Mohammed Al-Maawda attended the two-day event which held in Pakistan.
The conference followed a proposal submitted by Pakistani Foreign Minister to the (OIC) Foreign Minister’s meeting, which was held in November 2012 in Djibouti.
