As part of its unwavering keenness to provide eServices that respond to public needs and interesting activities that suit the summer along with the celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, the eGovernment Authority (eGA) has launched an awareness roadshow at a dedicated section within Bahrain City Center- Ground floor.
The promotional campaign, which will continue till 4th of July 2014, introduces a bundle of eServices with emphasis on the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) being a unified platform for effective communication within governmental entities in the Kingdom that allows citizens to submit their suggestions and remarks in a timely manner, with the advantages of tracking the status of the inquiries and expressing satisfaction towards the speed level of process and provided solutions.
During the roadshow, eGovernment Authority team will promote the ‘International Quran Recitation’ contest – which can be enrolled in via bahrain.bh – along with the promotion of several mobile applications available on eGov App Store (Bahrain.bh/apps) and over 317 eServices provided by the authority for the benefit of citizens and residents.
The campaign will also promote Ramadaniyat, an annually launched section about Ramadan on bahrain.bh with the commencement of the holy month. The roadshow will offer interactive activities that involve the public who can participate in a raffle draw that allows winners to receive valuable prizes.
“We are keen to interact with the public through various channels, this awareness promotion presents one of our initiatives that aim at boosting awareness and usability of services along with applications that everyone can have access to around the clock, seven days a week,” eGovernment Authority Marketing and Awareness Directorate Acting Assistant Director Lulwa Sami Ibrahim, said.
eGA carries-out a special campaign for the month of Ramadan by providing its seasonal services through direct interaction with the public.
