Turning to the importance of developing mechanisms aimed at increasing government performance and maintaining transparency in line with international standards, His Royal Highness emphasised the role of the e-complaints and suggestions system (Tawasul) in increasing interaction with the public. He further encouraged government officials to address all enquiries submitted by Bahrain’s citizens in accordance with the system’s protocols.
