MANAMA: Kuwait based Al Tijaria Real Estate Company announced to set up Bahrain operations as part of the company’s diversification strategy.
As part of Al Tijaria Real Estate Company’s strategy of diversifying its investments and expanding geographically, Abdulfatah M.R. Marafie Chairman and Managing Director announced the setting up Al Tijaria Real Estate Development Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The new company is 100% owned by
Al Tijaria the Commercial Real Estate Company (K.P.S.C) in Kuwait.
Marafie added that the new company would be Al Tijaria’s Real Estate arm in the management, development and maintenance of our projects in The Kingdom of Bahrain.
“It will also work on managing and developing private properties like residential complexes, residential, investment, commercial and industrial land spaces. In addition to selling and buying properties, the Bahraini operations will boost company’s revenues,” he said.
“This step supports the company’s interest in maintaining its unique position as one of the leading companies in developing real estate industry in the State of Kuwait as well as expanding it geographically in the Gulf region in line with the strategy adopted,” he added.
