Dubai: The Organising Committee of the International Property Show (IPS) has announced that the exhibition would be held from 30 March – 1 April 2015 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. This edition of the show which allows direct selling of property units at the exhibition will be the biggest to date.
The24X7News Bahrain (www.twentyfoursevennews.com) is once again media partner to this mega realty show.
The event, first-of-its-kind specialised exhibition, allows visitors to compare prices of residential, commercial and mixed-use units and take a decision on the exhibition floor itself. This approach will boost competition between developers in offering attractive prices, ultimately benefiting the end-user.
“We have received record confirmations seven months ahead of the actual event. We anticipate hordes of visitors to the show as several exhibitors will come with their entire sales team to interact with as many institutional and individual buyers,” Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, organizers of the International Property Show (IPS), said.
DLD estimates show that the value of real estate transactions in the UAE is growing at 38% annually. This reflects the vitality of UAE real-estate vis-à-vis other markets in the region, enticing many developers to shift focus on the UAE because of the ideal investment environment and smooth logistics.
IPS is expected to attract 300 exhibitors from 120 countries. Strong exhibitor representations are expected from countries such as the UAE, Turkey, UK, USA/Canada, Spain and Australia. IPS 2015 will also have pavilions from India, Philippines and Pakistan to cater to the expat communities from these countries with an interest in buying a property back in their home country.
“What makes IPS unique is that visitors, mainly individuals, will always buy a unit at a price lower than the market price, as the competition is fierce and the prices are known to the visitors. More significantly, IPS is supported by governmental institutions, which reinforces the underlying message that the exhibitors adhere to UAE’s real estate laws and regulations,” Al Shezawi added.
IPS brings together elite players in the real estate sector, including sales agents and marketing agencies, operators in hospitality industry as well as civil engineers, architects and interior designers under one roof. It is also held in at the crucial time — end of the first quarter — coinciding with the announcement of several new projects on local, regional and international levels.
IPS is organised by Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions which is perceived as one of the leading exposition and conference organizers in the UAE. The company has grown within and contributed to the exhibition industry and have gained the reputation of being one of the leading experts in all aspects related to the exhibition industry.
