Manama: The Minister of Industry and Commerce Dr. Hassan Fakhro confirmed government continuous efforts in enhancing procedures and facilities provided to the economic sector and to overcome all obstacles that might hinder the commercial, industrial and services project hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This came during chairing the 22nd joint committee meeting to facilitate the procedures and transaction in both industrial and commercial sectors which was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Industry and Commerce in presence a number of government officials and concerned private sector representatives. They discussed the developments of the sites concerned to commercial and industrial registration in all front offices of the Ministry and other series provided by the Ministry.
The minister stressed the importance of such meetings that being held between the ministry and relevant authorities in regard to industrial and commercial affairs in shaping common visions and reaching Satisfactory solutions. The Minister alluded minister quest to overcome all obstacles in the industrial and commercial project and to stand on all events and activities that would enhance services competiveness.
Dr. Fakhro praised the efforts and the initiatives undertaken by the stakeholders, and their continuous cooperation with the Ministry in all matters related to industrial and commercial registration, stressing Ministry’s readiness to study all proposals, views and ideas that will develop the centers’ work.
Then they reviewed the latest development of registering project system “BLIS” and consider the possibilities of enhance it in a way to achieve the best performance to help reviewers and beneficiaries.
Minister directed all those involved in the ministry to develop awareness programs aimed to raise awareness, training and marketing of the project Commercial, concerned government agencies, traders and companies.
The representatives expressed their appreciation for the great efforts made by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in order to facilitate commercial procedures in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
