MANAMA: Overseas Bahrainis cast their votes at the embassies and consulates in the second round of elections on Tuesday. Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission President, High Elections Committee Executive Director Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Bouainain expects voters to turn-out massively to cast their ballots in the by-elections which concern 34 constituencies.
The embassies and consulates remained open from 08 AM to 07 PM (local time) in 29 countries in the world.
He urged all voters to take part actively and vote massively in the by-elections, to elect their parliamentary and municipal representatives, stressed the need for voters to bring their passports. The second round of elections will be held on November 29 in Bahrain in 34 constituencies which have already been announced.
