Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited and the MENA Private Equity Association (PEA) have formed a partnership on the preparation of the research and the report which will give an invaluable strategic assessment of the state of the Private Equity markets and its likely prognosis over the next 12 months.
Both parties have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the Association’s annual Private Equity and Venture Capital report.
The collaboration aims to bring together, the already established Deloitte Middle East Private Equity Confidence survey and the MENA Private Equity and Venture Capital report to prepare the authoritative annual report on the state of the private equity markets across the MENA region.
The report will present deep industry insight, thought leadership, broad data analytics and focus on industry hot topics. The report will also incorporate the views of a wide range of private equity practitioners and cover the key drivers of deal activity, regional trends and the firepower and appetite of PE firms to invest.
“We are delighted to be collaborating with The MENA Private Equity Association and we are confident that the report will build on the success of each of our annual surveys and will become the authoritative annual market assessment of the state of the MENA Private Equity market,” Declan Hayes, Managing Director, Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited, said.
“We are thrilled to join hands with Deloitte to develop the annual Private Equity and Venture Capital report, which is the most trusted source of industry statistics and information on the current state of the regional Private Equity and Venture Capital industry.
