The report prepared by Chartered Accountants Worldwide highlighted critical success factors for tomorrow’s business leaders.
It highlights the need for accelerating economic diversification in the region, focusing on increasing corporate governance and transparency at the top, and attracting and encouraging more home grown talent into the finance profession at the lower levels. It particularly notes the need to increase awareness of the vital role finance professionals play as strategic leaders.
