SANABIS: Second Deputy Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Jawad Al-Hawaj, held talks with Tunisian Ambassador to Bahrain, Mohammed bin Yusuf, and the accompanying delegation of Tunisian businesswomen at Beitul Tajjar on Tuesday.
Al-Hawaj expressed Bahrain’s private sector’s welcome to further push economic and trade cooperation with Tunisia. The meeting discussed boosting bilateral economic cooperation, and both sides’ participation in various economic activities.
Tunisian Ambassador underlined his country’s keenness to promote trade and economic cooperation with Bahrain. He noted intensifying exchange of visits, and hailed Bahraini businesswomen’s contribution to pushing the national economy.
Tunisian National Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs’ Chairwoman, Rawdha bin Ben Saber, extended invitation to Bahraini businesswomen to participate in the Global Forum for Women Entrepreneurs to be held in Tunisia on 28-31 October 2015. She expected the forum to attract a wide participation of world businessmen and businesswomen.
Ben Saber expressed optimism about the forum to contribute to increasing the Bahraini-Tunisian intraregional trade volume. It will also make a good opportunity to be closely familiarized with the Tunisian economic and industrial sectors, and holding economic partnerships.
