MANAMA: The opening of a brand new Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, a 68-storey property located in the heart of Manama with 273 guest rooms, raised the bar of the Kingdom’s hospitality sector to new heights.
Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa was the guest of honor during the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the opening of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s newest hospitality icon, The Four Seasons Bahrain Bay.
The Deputy Premier was hosted jointly by Christian Clerc, Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Greg Pirkle, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, in the company of official dignitaries and leading members of the local business and media community.
“Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay will complement the existing line-up of hotels and offer unique experience to the visitors and guests during their stay in Bahrain,” Greg Pirkle on the sidelines of the soft opening told The24X7News Bahrain (www.twentyfoursevennews.com).
Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay with start plans to keep the Bahrainisation level of 15% and will offer a rare opportunity to young educated Bahrain to enter the hospitality sector by serving in all disciplines. “We will offer host of opportunities to youngsters to accept the challenge and work in the leading name in the hospitality sector globally,” he said, adding that The Four Seasons Hotel is working Bahrain Polytechnic and Tamkeen to utilise the local talent.

The Hotel will open the doors of its highly anticipated food and beverage outlets on March 18th with an exclusive event attended by Michelin-starred chef Wolfgang Puck.
