MANAMA: Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) announced the 2nd phase of streamlining of the issuance of multi-entry visas will be launched next month. It will cover GCC residents, as well as citizens of countries who are eligible for immediate electronic visas on arrival at the ports of entry of Bahrain.
Citizens of 36 countries are eligible for e-visas, and citizens of 66 countries can get visas on arrival at Bahrain ports of entry. In addition GCC residents will be eligible for three-month multiple-entry visas with two-week duration of stay in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The new facilitations come to complement the first phase of the project which was launched in October 2014.
