MANAMA: Wife of HM the King, Supreme Council for Women (SCW)’s President Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, inaugurated the Global Businesswomen’s Forum titled ‘Our bridges to the world’ being held in the Kingdom of Bahrain till March 26.
Her Royal Highness emphasized the importance of such key conferences in extending bridges and communication and rapprochement and opening vistas of cooperation between businesswomen and entrepreneurs from all over the world and opening the door for exchanging of experiences and ideas which will boost the economies of countries to achieve sustainable development.
Her Royal Highness urged the participates to activate the leading role of women in this field which makes women an essential factor to contribute with men in boosting the global economy through creation of perfect dialogue platform regarding how to benefit from opportunities and identify the challenges facing women especially after the global economic crisis was overcome.
HRH Princess Lulua Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz from the late Princess Effat University in Jeddah, KSA, the World Congress of FCEM’s President Laura Gucci, and Sultanate of Oman’s expert on family and women empowerment Dr. Sharifa Al-Yahyaee spoke at the forum in the presence of more than 300 participants from fifty countries.
