MANAMA: Karcher, the world leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, has announced today the opening of the Karcher Centre in Manama, Bahrain as the company continues to tap into the Middle East region’s growing potential.
Richard Nouira, Managing Director of Karcher Middle East, said the centre provided a venue where consumers and organisations can have access to the company’s professional cleaning products and services, as well as its team of highly trained after-sales technicians.
“Bahrain, together with the rest of the GCC region, is a critical component of Karcher’s Middle East success story. Our performance in the Bahraini market has been consistently upbeat as we recorded more than 20% year-on-year growth in the number of machines sold, from 13,369 in 2013 to 16,152 in 2014,” Nouira, said.
The latest Karcher Centre, which is a joint undertaking with Bahrain-based M. H. Al Mahroos – a total solutions provider in the field of construction and industrial machinery –, will serve as a dedicated service centre and showroom.
Mohammed Hassan Al Mahroos, Managing Director of M. H. Al Mahroos, said the new Karcher Centre reflects Bahraini consumers’ growing demand for highly efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions.
“M. H. Al Mahroos has been in the business of trading high-quality products for decades and we are glad to be associated with Karcher, which is a global brand that is trusted by households and industries worldwide,” Al Mahroos, said.
The newly opened Bahrain facility joins four other Karcher Centres in Dubai (UAE), Qatar, Oman and Egypt. The company is planning to soon open other dedicated centres in Kuwait and another in Dubai.
