SANABIS: With Bahrain-Bangladesh trade volume reached $5.6million in first quarter, both sides are exploring avenues to enhance the trade by working together.
This came as the Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Khaled Almoayyed alongside First Vice-Chair Othman Alrayes held talks with Major General K.M. Mominur Rahman ambassador of Bangladesh to Bahrain at the Chamber’s premises.
The meeting hailed the good relations between both friendly countries and called to further exploit business and investment opportunities and forge partnerships.
Al Moayyed commended the trade volume between both countries, which amounted to $5.6 million for the first quarter of 2015 according to Bahrain CIO, and expressed keenness on encouraging further trade and investment activities. Ambassador Rahman expressed equal enthusiasm to encouraging collaboration between both sides, stressing the features of the Bangladeshi economy and the privileges offered to investors.
