MANAMA: Manara Developments Company is showcasing its unique range of properties at the “Gulf Property Show 2016” opened on Tuesday 26th April, at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, under the Patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain from 26 to 28 April 2016.
“Manara’s participation as a strategic partner in this real estate event, portrays its commitment to its leading role in the real estate sector, as this exhibition, which according to the organizers achieved growth up to 70% from 2013, is a yearly opportunity for industry players, as well as prospective owners to meet and address the industry’s latest developments and trends,” Managing Director Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki, said.
“Manara Developments” is exhibiting three major residential projects of which one of them is a mixed-use development “Hasabi” project with breathtaking seafront views that the company intends to launch initially in the “Gulf Property Show” this year and furthermore advance its units’ sales in the first quarter of 2017.
In addition, amongst the projects that will be showcased at the exhibition, of which will receive participation from GCC countries, as well as Turkey and the United States, is the “Kenaz Al Bahrain” project featuring 64 residential units spread over eight four-floor apartment buildings, in addition to “Wahati”, a subproject of “Wahat Al Muharraq” that was initially introduced over three phases since 2011, offering a total of 227 villas of various sizes and designs and targeted to middle income earners. The project offers apartments that were specifically designed to meet the requirements of modern Bahraini families while maintaining the common trend towards vertical expansion to assimilate with the scarcity of land and thus serving a greater population within the available space and yet meeting the needs and requirements of young Bahraini families.
Moreover, Dr. Al Bastaki reaffirmed the company’s commitment with the government’s steps to addressing the housing issue, noting that “Manara” is amongst the first companies to join the partnership with the public sector.
“Manara Developments” had entered a partnership with the Ministry of Housing more than two years ago of which reconfirms its commitment to achieving public housing development that are in line with the leadership’s directives towards the national public housing strategy.
Through this partnership, Manara extends its support towards the efforts of the Ministry of Housing in providing appropriately priced housing to suit the modern family’s needs and achieve social stability through which Manara instated itself as a trusted developer to meet the Ministry’s standards set out to public housing projects aimed to serve the needs of those households eligible to the available financing facilities, where Al Salam Bank Bahrain is the primary partnering bank offering financing solutions for prospective buyers, in addition to the other Ministry-endorsed financial institutions participating in this initiative.
Within this exhibition, Manara aims to introduce a new sales phase of its “Investment Gateway – Bahrain” project that was initially launched two years back, that offers opportunities for ownership for Bahraini as well as non-Bahraini companies and individuals, a feature that makes the project, and the Kingdom of Bahrain, an ideal base for a wide array of light industry and logistical support on both the local and regional level.
The “Investment Gateway – Bahrain” project is a major initiative by the company to encourage and support investments in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with a particular focus on foreign investments.
