SEEF District: Bahrain’s pioneer real estate developer Dadabhai Noon Real Estate, a part of the Dadabhai Group, and Pegasus Real Estate NAIBahrain have announced $48million new residential project that features family centric apartments in Al Seef – the centre of the Entertainment District.
Seef Terraces is a 29-storey freehold tower comprising 173 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments with large private terraces offering a high quality lifestyle in a neighbourhood that blends residential, commercial and leisure space.
Dadabhai Noon Real Estate Managing Director Shabeer Dadabhai said the project has been designed keeping in mind the housing aspirations of families looking for quality and spacious accommodation in the Al-Seef area.
“We believe families shouldn’t have to compromise on luxury and comfort to get space and convenience. This forms our strategic approach towards developing best-in-class residential communities,” added Mr Dadabhai.
“Our apartments feature bright open spaces, floor to ceiling glass façades, large terraces and balconies in an ample area. The prices are exceptionally competitive in proportion to the sizes of the apartments being offered.”
“Additionally, the facilities being offered at the tower are suited for the convenience and leisure of all. Our USP is the quality, space and lifestyle amenities we are offering at a prominent location at the price,” he explained.
Signature highlights of Seef Terraces include a sprawling leisure and recreational deck with tennis and squash courts, BBQ area, jogging track, cinema, multi-purpose hall, indoor basketball court, billiards room, table tennis and a large outdoor landscaped play area for children.
“The project has been well received by our loyal buyers and investors. The buyers are of mixed nationalities and are delighted with the quality and offerings of the project.”
An Augmented Reality 3D animation app which lets home-buyers get a simulated look and feel of the tower, apartments and amenities is also being used for the first time in Bahrain to showcase Seef Terraces.
“The application is currently available for Android smartphones and devices and will be put on the iOS platform very shortly,” said Mr Mithaiwala.
“Once you have the app, all you need to do is to scan the marker/code and the project comes alive with sounds and animation. Zoom-in and out to have a closer look at layouts, fit-outs and the many features the project has to offer.”
